Strength training is a very important part of fitness. I have been abandoning it for the last few weeks and this is probably the reason why I feel weak. But weak no more. I will be doing lots of those!
To get in shape, trim off some fat and get strong, I am doing lots of strength training. Strength training will get the body pumping and improve the bodily functions, especially waste and toxin elimination.
I have been doing less and less strength training lately, but that is all gonna change. However, I have limited access to gym equipment. The gym in my neighborhood kinda sucks right now. It only has like 2 treadmills, 2 bikes and one multipurpose weight machine. That's it. I'm really considering about buying bodylastics. I checked out the bodylastics video and I gotta admit. It's good stuff.
