Own a property and maximize your profits! Soul Proprietor Q is a puzzle and simulation game where you own an apartment. You are a landlord and you have to get some tenants to have profit. There are a variety of tenants you can choose from. However, they have either negative (red arrow) or positive (green arrow) effects to their neighbors. These tenants give stress or peace to other neighbors and once the stress level (indicator is below the room) is fully red, the tenant will move out. You have to consistently move the tenants to different rooms to have good harmony in your apartment.
