Sedentary 6 Pack Abs

For the whole of last week, I did not have even one exercise session. I was tied up with a big whole load of work. I thought I would get fat around the waist once again, but no no no. I still had my ab muscles, surprisingly! Is there such a thing called sedentary 6-pack abs? Sedentary means having little to no exercise in a person's daily routine. 6 pack abs means having visible ab muscles.

I was once a belly person. Check out what that means from my Belly People Article. From a belly person, I trained hard and got my 6-pack. I even developed my own concept to lose weight and get in shape. But for the whole of last week, I had no chance to do any exercise, but my ab muscles are still visible, thanks to my dieting concept. The muscles are not as hard now, though, but still there.

Haha, I hope next week I can train some more! I don't have 6-pack abs yet but 5 are already visible...
