You see, based on my own expeience and a lot of trial and error, I now have new findings on gut reduction, and why people have a layer of fat around the gut and abdominal area. I am generally a thin person and therefore, a little bit of fat on my abdominal area would be intolerable.
You see, I recently had to travel out of town to get some scoliosis treatment. I went on 3 trips, and after all 3 trips, my ab muscles' visibility was reduced. I followed the guidelines from my previous research but to no avail. In the end, after a lot of thought and more research, I found a blueprint to get rid of fats and reduce the gut. There is a concept to follow and a whole mind map to study. But the concept is quite simple, but natural and powerful. I am not talking about acai berry or green tea. In fact, my blueprint is now written on just one page of a very small notepad. It is that simple and it just tells you what you need to do and follow and what you shouldn't, and why. The blueprint maybe simple but there is some required explanations about reading it.
But I will not be publishing that guideline here. I will be compiling and ebook and distributing it later on. Oh I how I wish I had this blueprint at the beginning of this year, saving me a hell lot of trouble and trial and error. I haven't got a name for it yet... so let's see. Why not call it "Gut Reduction Blueprint - GRBP"? Sounds good. Well, let me tell you, after adhering to just one part of the GRBP, I completely eliminated the soft flabby parts around my waist!

It is really sad to see that in this day and age, the ratio between big gut people and slim people are almost 9:1, meaning out of 10 people, only 1 person is slim. I mean, even thin people have guts sticking out. What has this world become? Last time, it used to be around 2:5. Everywhere I look, I see people with huge guts. I even coined the term "Belly people" to call them. There is even another term that I thought of: "Pregnant Men". Something just has to be done to solve this problem!!! See what I mean:
I am shaking my head in disgust. Watch the video below. I believe the person in the video is a girl, but to tell you the truth, in 2007, my gut was like this. I am a thin guy and so, this is unacceptable.
And I did whatever it took me to flatten that piece of unwanted crap and yeah, I succeeded. I used the version 1 technique though.
