Exercise is an integral part of keeping our bodies fit. Recently, I nearly forgot about this point and I was focusing on dieting and healthy eating. Healthy eating can indeed get rid of unwanted fat, but keeping a really lean body requires more effort.
Keeping a really lean body takes more than just eating healthy food. Healthy food is great to maintain a healthy body and life. But to get really lean we need exercise. Lots of exercise. We need to live an athlete's life. I always thought I could get away with sitting in front of the computer all day, with minimal exercise and with healthy dieting. But no amount of diet can reduce body fat to a very low percent without exercise that can increase body metabolism.
