Reason #1 Insufficient sleep during a particular time
12am to 3am is the time when our body needs to detoxify toxic stuff. If we miss that sleep, our body cannot get rid of the waste. Primarily those stuck in the colon area. Hence, big gut.
Reason #2 Less exercise, more food
If you do not move much, you do not need much food. But if you still eat, eat and eat, not all that you do not need will be eliminated when you have a bowel movement. Then where does the rest go? To the part where it shows. You guess right.
Reason #3 Eating Wrong Food Eating wrong food will make a person gain weight, especially at the belly. Even at small amounts. Check out my other article about eating wrong food.
After all that, did I lose weight? Did I get in shape? You bet.
