Almonds are very nutritious. You know why? There are various reasons but the topmost reason is that almonds can help lower cholesterol, based on nine clinical studies.

Almond can help you curb your hunger and therefore, make you not overeat other food. Good for weight loss, eh?

Almond can give you lots of nutrients like vitamin E, magnesium, manganese, and fiber.

However, one almond is about 7 calories. So if you are eating almonds as snack, beware. If you finish one pack of almonds by yourself and let's say there are 100 almonds in the pack, then you get 700 extra calories.
