The Making

I challenged myself to make a game that is under 200K but plays good. The idea is to make a ball game with highscores. But then I asked myself what kind of ball would grow bigger and bigger? A snowball rolling off a cliff. So I got the idea to make an Armor Games Snowball game that can get bigger and squish people and stuff.

The game is complete, but that's all it does? Get bigger, squish people...? Then I added in championships that can be won by breaking records. That would pretty much make you wanna roll and roll the snowball.

What else would make the game better? People. How can I include people in a snowball game? Well, if it is going to be some kind of competition, then I can include managers. You get to choose from 5 managers that can "motivate" you. I also added in fictional people that can automatically break records from time to time.

And... the complete Armor Games Snowball game is out!

The Achievements

Armor Games Snowball eventually got over 1 million views at Hallpass.com and a Newgrounds.com daily first place award and a monthly 5th place Newground Award.
